In alignment with the fulfillment of the company’s development strategies and the strengthening of its management structure, and pursuant to a decree issued by the CEO of Farab Co., Dr. Mehdi Khajavi has been appointed as the new Managing Director of Nardis Energy Project.
During the induction and farewell ceremony held on August 16, 2026 (1405/05/25), Dr. Mehdi Khajavi, the newly appointed CEO of Nardis Energy Projects Company, emphasized knowledge management, creativity, innovation, and the development of cutting-edge technologies as the fundamental pillars of leadership, organizational excellence, and sustainable value creation. Highlighting the pivotal role of strategies and roadmaps developed in recent years, he noted that achieving the company’s long-term objectives depends on leveraging new management capacities and translating strategies into tangible market results.
Dr. Khajavi stated that the Board of Directors maintains a pragmatic approach toward the research and creative achievements of colleagues. He added, “Accordingly, by formalizing our knowledge management policy, we will utilize innovative achievements and capacities in all decision-making processes to enhance operations and adopt new technologies. We are committed to systematically supporting these achievements; by registering and evaluating them, we will transform them into organizational knowledge that can be utilized repeatedly.”
The CEO of Nardis further asserted that achieving these goals requires fostering an environment rooted in trust, organizational learning, collaboration, and a “no-blame” culture—especially regarding the reporting of errors, operational experiences, and lessons learned. He emphasized that the management team at Nardis plays a key role in advancing organizational maturity and sustainable innovation.
